Seasonal & Permanent Holiday Lights

Two ways to light your home: a full seasonal display we hang, maintain and take down for you, or permanent LEDs installed once and left up year-round. Either way, you never touch a ladder.

Try it yourself

Design your roofline.

Flip between a seasonal display and permanent lighting, pick a color pattern, then add a sequence. This is roughly how each one reads from the street after dark.

How it works

We handle every part of it.

Hanging lights is the part nobody enjoys: the ladder, the tangles, the strand that will not light. We take the whole thing off your plate, whichever route you pick.

It starts the same way for both — a free walk of the property where we measure your rooflines, talk through the look you want and show you what it will cost. From there, seasonal displays go up in the fall and come down in January. Permanent lighting is a one-time install that stays put, and you drive the colors from an app on your phone.

Why it's worth it

All of the glow, none of the hassle.

No ladders, no tangles

You point at the house, we handle the design, the install and everything in between.

Custom-fit, premium product

Commercial-grade bulbs or a color-matched LED channel, cut to your rooflines for a clean, even line.

Looked after, either way

Mid-season repairs and takedown on seasonal jobs; warranty and service we handle on permanent installs.

What's included

Seasonal or permanent?

Most people know within a minute of reading these two. If you are still torn, we will walk the property and tell you honestly which one fits your house and your budget.

Seasonal

Holiday light installation

The classic look: commercial-grade C9 bulbs running your rooflines, peaks and porch, up for the holidays and gone by mid-January. Nothing to store, nothing to untangle, no ladder in the garage.

  • A free design consultation
  • Commercial-grade bulbs, custom-cut to your home
  • Professional, safe installation
  • Mid-season maintenance if a strand goes out
  • Takedown after the season
  • Tidy storage until next year

Best if you want the full traditional Christmas look, or you would rather pay per season than install something permanent.

Permanent

Year-round architectural lighting

A slim channel of color-changing LEDs tucked under the eave and color-matched to your fascia, so it disappears by day. At night it washes light down the face of the house — warm white most evenings, any color you like for a holiday.

  • A free design consultation
  • RGBW LEDs in a color-matched aluminium channel
  • Clean, concealed wiring and a weatherproof transformer
  • App control: colors, zones, schedules and sequences
  • Preset scenes for every holiday and game day
  • Manufacturer warranty, serviced by us

Best if you want your house lit every night of the year, or you are tired of booking an install each December.

Good to know

Frequently asked.

What's the difference between seasonal and permanent lights? +
Seasonal lights are commercial-grade C9 bulbs we hang in the fall and take down after the holidays. Permanent lights are color-changing RGBW LEDs set into a slim channel under your eave and left up year round, so you can switch from warm white on an ordinary evening to red and green in December, straight from your phone.
Do permanent lights look obvious during the day? +
No. The channel is color-matched to your fascia and tucks up under the eave, so from the street it reads as trim. The diodes only show when they are on.
Do you provide the lights, or do I? +
We provide them, for both services. You get commercial-grade product custom-cut to your home, which looks far cleaner than store-bought strands and holds up better season to season.
Do you take the seasonal lights down afterward? +
Yes. Takedown is included with every seasonal install, and we store everything tidily so it is ready to go again next year. Permanent lighting stays up, so there is nothing to take down.
What if a section stops working? +
Just call us. Mid-season maintenance is part of the seasonal service, and permanent installs are covered by a manufacturer warranty that we handle for you.
When should I book? +
For seasonal lights, early fall — the best install dates fill up fast once the season gets going. Permanent lighting can go in any time of year, and booking it in the off season usually means a quicker start date.
