Solar Panel Cleaning

Dusty panels can quietly lose 15 to 25% of their output. We safely soft-wash them back to peak clarity, so your system generates every watt you paid for.

Why clean panels

Valley dust is costing you power.

Out here, dust, pollen, ag spray and bird droppings settle on your array and form a film that blocks sunlight. Even a thin layer measurably cuts production, and through our long dry season that loss adds up month after month.

Rain does not actually clean panels, it leaves mineral spots that make things worse. We use a soft-bristle, water-fed brush with purified (deionized) water: no harsh chemicals, no scratching, and a spot-free rinse that dries clear.

Why it's worth it

Cleaner panels, more power, longer life.

Recover lost output

Restoring clarity can bring back a noticeable chunk of production, which means more kWh and a lower bill.

Protect your investment

Bird droppings and grime are mildly corrosive. Regular cleaning protects the glass and your warranty.

Safe soft-wash method

Purified water and soft brushes only. No abrasives, no pressure washing, no risk to seals or coatings.

Good to know

Frequently asked.

How often should I clean my panels? +
In the Central Valley most homes do best every 3 to 6 months. We will look at your roof, surroundings and how much dust you get, then recommend a simple cadence. Our solar savings calculator can show you roughly what dirt is costing you in the meantime.
Will cleaning damage my panels or void the warranty? +
No. We use a soft-wash method with purified water and soft brushes, never abrasives, chemicals or pressure washing, so there is nothing to scratch the glass or void a manufacturer warranty.
Do you get on the roof? +
When needed, yes, with trained and insured technicians and the right safety gear. Where access allows, we can also clean from the ground with a water-fed pole.
How much does it cost? +
It depends mostly on how many panels you have and how easy they are to reach. Send us a quick note for a free, no-pressure quote, most take only a few minutes.
